And speaking of dieting and eating, I went to the store today and bought big bags of spinach, kale, and collard greens. I never ate leafy greens like this but I'm gonna try to eat more this year lol
Susie: This was hilarious! I'll add my own from the 50s (yes, we were similarly obsessed!): hard boiled eggs and grapefruit. That was it. Not that it worked, I just hoped it would. Regarding Graham, in preparing for the holidays this year, I assuaged my sweet tooth with graham crackers sandwiched around a thin layer of vanilla icing (from a can, of course). It worked for the 2 weeks before the holiday binge began. Good luck! 5 hours?????

I have a great copy of World Leader Pretend that I cherish. My new kick, started last year sometime about 8 or 9 months ago is Ryze Mushroom Coffee. I've lost 26 pounds and my aches and pains have diminished A LOT. I'm hoping that 2024 is a great year for everyone, the last three years have been insane. Hopefully, things calm down a bit globally and get better.. Happy New Year Suzy! Now I'm gonna make me some Avocado toast!!
