Faultland will make an excellent audio book! So much action and family drama in a short time period. Congratulations, Suzy!

I just finished Bitterroot and Faultland is on the top of my stack. I'll read it with my eyes but I'm excited for the audio version, too! Also, FYI, your buddy Monica lives maybe three blocks from me. I feel we should invite her to dinner, too. And listen to a sample of this new recording together? Safe travels until then.

This is great news! Who did you work with? I've often thought of doing this, though I think if I do, it will only be my next book, which comes out this year. I was lucky enough to get blurbs from two legendary authors, Tama Janowitz and Hilma Wolitzer, for this next book, which was so exciting. But I've been thinking, should I have an actress do the narration or should I do it myself? I'm not sure... Thank you for this post! :)

I actually did nothing! (except weigh in on the narrator samples). Since my contract gave the audiobook rights to my respective publishers, I wasn't involved in the negotiations.

Ron McClarty and George Guidall are 2 of the voices that I would put on the Mt Rushmore of audiobook narrators. I recently discovered January LaVoy and will be on the lookout for more titles read by her.
